It is provided as a pdf because of the detailed nature of the transliterative markings. You'll need adobe acrobat reader to read this file. If you have any trouble get acrobat reader free here. We strongly suggest you print this file, and manually correct each error. You may wish to include the printout by folding it an inserting it into the printing for clarity.
